Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using DueTrack, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

DueTrack is a web application that helps you track invoice due dates. You forward PDF invoices to a unique email address assigned to your account. DueTrack extracts the invoice data using AI and sends you automated payment reminders.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use DueTrack for lawful business purposes only. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may only hold one account per person or business.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Free Trial and Subscription

New accounts receive a 42-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.

After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.

Subscription fee: £9.99 per month, billed via Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use DueTrack for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service in a way that is not intended.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI extraction pipeline.
• Forward invoices or documents containing sensitive personal data beyond standard business invoice fields.

7. Your Data and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all invoice documents and data you upload or forward to DueTrack. We claim no intellectual property rights over your documents. We use your data solely to provide the service described in these Terms.

8. AI Extraction Accuracy

Invoice data extraction is performed by AI and is provided on a best-effort basis. It may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming extracted data before relying on it for any business decisions. We accept no liability for errors in extracted data.

9. Limitation of Liability

DueTrack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for missed payments, extraction errors, data loss, or any consequential, indirect, or special losses arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of DueTrack is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, without notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
